Sylvie Di Fazio has been Head of Human Resources at WRM Group since 2021.
She serves as Board Member for a number of WRM Group’s companies.
Previously, she held management roles at Auchan Retail Italia S.p.A. and Ceetrus Italy S.p.A. regarding all HR processes.

She mastered numerous skills in the HR field including law, litigation and industrial relations, job organization, staff development, compensation & benefits.

Sylvie graduated with honours in Foreign Languages ​​and Literatures at Pescara University and has attended an Executive Masters in Management.
She attended courses of Business Administration from Edech Business School in Paris.
