Value is created in the negotiation and structuring of complex transactions across the capital structure. These transactions focus on businesses that are experiencing a temporary dislocation or disruption in their operations. The strategy is implemented with a hands-on approach, seeking an appropriate risk/reward profile by combining significant upside returns with downside protection.

Private Equity

WRM Group is active in leveraged buyouts, growth capital, distressed capital and mezzanine capital investments

Investments concern private companies or listed companies with limited liquidity or public float, often with similar characteristics to private companies. This strategy is implemented by actively participating in the governance and the execution of the business plan, supporting the companies in developing human capital, in seeking synergies with other portfolio companies and industry players and in international expansion.

Real Estate

WRM Group acquires and manages a large portfolio of prime and super-prime residential and commercial real estate assets

The team identifies and selects opportunities based on development potential, leveraging on its in-depth expertise and understanding of the real estate market in Europe and the USA. The value creation process includes redevelopment, restructuring, reconversion or restoration of existing properties, with significant enhancement of revenue potential and the implementation of energy efficiency measures and other cost reduction initiatives.
