Fabrizio Boaron has been a Managing Director in Private Equity and Special Situations at WRM Group in London since 2017, and serves as Board Member for a number of WRM Group’s portfolio companies.
Before joining WRM, Fabrizio was a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of a London-based advisory and asset management company focused on infrastructure and alternative investments. Previously he held senior positions working as Managing Director for several global investment banks, including Barclays Capital, UBS and BNP Paribas since 1994. Fabrizio holds an MSc in Business Administration from Università Commerciale L. Bocconi and a Master of Applied Science in Supply Chain Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
