Daniele Penna joined WRM Group in 2022 as General Counsel for Italy and Luxembourg offices.
He specializes in banking, financial, corporate and commercial transactions. Daniele gained over 25 years of professional experience mainly in London working for leading law firms and investment banks such as Clifford Chance, Credit Suisse and Barclays Capital.
Daniele graduated with honours in Law at La Sapienza University of Rome and is licensed to practice as a lawyer.
